When you submit a signup form, we may record the source page, timestamp, consent text version, user agent, and a hashed version of your IP address to help document consent and prevent abuse.

How we use information

We use signup information to send email newsletters, occasional SMS updates when you expressly opt in, confirmation or administrative messages, and unsubscribe or preference-management responses.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which articles and signup pages are useful.

Service providers

We may use email, SMS, hosting, analytics, security, and consent-record vendors to operate the site. These providers process information for us under their own contractual and technical controls.

The signup endpoint is designed to support Mailgun or Amazon SES for email delivery. SMS delivery requires a separate SMS provider and compliant sender registration before launch.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting hello@truleafsupps.com. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP to a message from the program, when SMS is enabled.
